My Qualifications

I am a fully qualified acupuncturist and have been in practise for almost 20yrs, and in that time have seen many clients with a huge variety of conditions, so if you're not sure if acupuncture could help you then give me a call and we can discuss your particluar needs and I'll give you an honest opinion as best as I can. 

 

I gained my Postgraduate Diploma in Acupuncture after 4 years of training at the Northern College of Acupuncture in York, one of the uk's premier acupuncture colleges.

 

I was trained in many Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques including cupping therapy, moxa, ear acupuncture, electro acupuncture and acupressure massage, as well as the more familiar acupuncture needling techniques.  I use all these skills in the clinic to be sure that you get the best possible outcome from your treatment.

 

Professional Membership

I am a member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians AAC,  I'm insured and I'm registered as an acupuncturist with Eden District Council.

In 2010 I was named one of Britain’s most inspirational women by the Barclays Trading Places Awards scheme, which recognises people who have beaten the odds to succeed in business.
